VideoPad is a Professional video editing application for Mac OS X. While it may lack some advanced tools that veteran video editors prefer, it’s still a highly versatile program. Additionally, this software integrates well with NCH Software’s suite of other programs, such as WavePad, MixPad, and PhotoPad. It’s got all of the handy tools you need and doesn’t give you watermarks in its free version. Beginner-friendlyĪll in all, though, VideoPad Video Editor is still a great choice for anyone looking to do easy video-editing. Compared to other premium software, however, it falls slightly behind with its lack of some advanced features. There are even different export options available, such as DVD, Blu-ray, direct uploads to sites like YouTube, and 360° video footage. You can also add various effects to both your videos and audio files. You have editing tools for videos like trimming and splitting. This program has various basic tools that you may be familiar with, as well. Each of these has tabs you can toggle-you can even access video tutorials in one of these. You’ve got a Media Bin window on the top-left corner of the screen, the preview pane or Clip Preview window on the top-right just beside it, and the timeline or Sequence Preview window on the bottom half of the screen.
